Role Overview & Responsibilities
You will serve as an in-store shopper within our grocery fulfillment center, hand-selecting fresh produce, meats, and pantry staples for same-day customer delivery.
- Fresh Picking: Navigate the aisles using a digital device to pick high-quality produce and groceries, ensuring expiration dates and food aesthetics meet our strict standards.
- Temperature Zone Work: Move frequently between ambient (room temp), chilled (fridge), and freezer environments to pick and pack items.
- Food Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to all FDA and internal food safety protocols, maintaining a clean and sanitized workspace to prevent cross-contamination.
