To ensure the integrity of the network, our Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) rely on a dedicated fleet of 3rd Shift Weekend Operations Drivers. Core Operational Directives

Your mandate is to execute high-density, peak-volume delivery routes exclusively during the overnight hours on Friday nights, Saturday nights, and Sunday nights. You will operate an Amazon-branded delivery van, serving as the critical thrust that clears the weekend logistics backlog before the sun rises.

• High-Velocity Nocturnal Route Execution: Safely pilot a commercial transit van through residential neighborhoods during the quietest hours of the weekend. You must expertly navigate the complex Amazon routing application to drop hundreds of packages within a compressed timeframe under the cover of darkness.
• Peak-Volume Stealth Freight Handling: Manage the extreme physical demands of weekend volume with absolute noise discipline. You will continuously lift, twist, and carry heavy parcels (up to 50 lbs), navigating long driveways, steep stairs, and complex apartment lobbies repeatedly throughout your 10-hour overnight shift without waking customers.
• Safety Telemetry Compliance in Low Light: Maintain absolute adherence to the Netradyne onboard safety systems. Despite the pressure to deliver high volumes swiftly in the dark, you must never compromise on following distances, speed limits, or stop-sign compliance.

Workplace Dynamics & Environment

The 3rd shift weekend operational environment is characterized by high energy at the station and intense, solitary focus on the road. You will arrive at the Delivery Station late at night to a highly active load-out matrix. You will have a strict 20-minute window to load your assigned van with a massive volume of organized totes and oversized boxes using artificial lighting. Once on the road, the environment shifts to total autonomy. You will spend your weekend nights independently executing your digital manifest, enjoying completely empty vehicular traffic but remaining hyper-vigilant for low-visibility hazards and executing flawless stealth drop-offs.
